​這幾年，我們將重心投入在優良品種的嫁接與 選拔上。為了培育出更棒的風味，必須忍痛砍 掉原本的植株、重新接穗；從細心呵護到迎來 豐收，往往需要耐心等待三年以上的時間。 也因如此，這幾年的產量正處於調整期。 ​加上今年受到極端氣候的全球性影響，咖啡整體 產量皆大幅銳減。在雙重因素下，今年度我們的 產量非常有限，因此不得不遺憾地決定，我們將 缺席今年的台中國際咖啡展。 ​ 雖然今年無法在展場與大家見面，但我們將更 專注地把關好每一顆咖啡豆的品質。謝謝大家 一直以來的理解與支持！ ​For the past few years, we have been fully dedicated to grafting and selecting premium coffee varieties. In our pursuit of exceptional flavor, we had to make the difficult choice to prune back our existing trees to introduce these new scions. It takes at least three patience-testing years for this process to yield a harvest, which is why our production volume has temporarily leveled off during this period of transition. ​On top of that, global coffee production has faced severe setbacks this year due to the widespread impact of climate change. With these combined factors, our harvest for the season is extremely limited. As a result, we have made the bittersweet decision to step away from this year’s Taichung Coffee Show. ​While we won't be able to catch up with you at the exhibition this time, we are pouring all our energy into ensuring the uncompromising quality of every single bean we produce.
